Your AI citation command center
Add your products once. Track which ones AI recommends, which have gaps, and exactly where to focus your optimization effort next.
Citation scans without a home are just noise
Most ecommerce teams run one-off AI citation checks and immediately lose the results. There is no record of which products were scanned, no history of how citation rates changed after optimization, and no way to prioritize which products need attention most urgently.
The Product Catalog gives every product a persistent home in your workspace. Every scan result is stored against that product. Every optimizer job is linked. Every citation trend is trackable. The catalog turns scattered data points into a coherent picture of your AI visibility across your full product range.
Everything in one organized workspace
Six capabilities that turn your product list into an active AI visibility management system.
Unified product inventory
Add products by URL, ASIN, or manual entry. Every product you track lives in one place, with its AI citation status always visible at a glance.
Per-product citation status
See which products AI systems are recommending and which are invisible. Citation status is updated every time you run a scan, so the list always reflects current AI behavior.
Gap identification
Products with zero citations are flagged automatically. The catalog sorts by citation gap size so you always know where to focus optimization effort first.
Citation history per product
Track how each product's AI mention rate changes over time. See whether your optimization work is translating into more citations, or identify products losing ground to competitors.
Category and tag organization
Group products by category, collection, or priority tier. Filter your catalog by citation status, product type, or optimization stage to focus on what matters.
Direct links to optimization tools
Each product card links directly to the Product Optimizer and Citation Scanner. One click to start a new scan or generate a GEO-optimized rewrite for any product in your catalog.
Add, scan, optimize, repeat
Three steps that build a compounding picture of your AI visibility over time.
Add your products
Paste product URLs, enter ASINs, or add products manually. The catalog accepts any ecommerce product and pulls core details automatically where available.
Run citation scans
Trigger Product Citation scans directly from the catalog. Each scan checks ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode to see whether your product is being recommended.
Track progress over time
As you optimize product content and run repeated scans, the catalog builds a citation history for each product. See which improvements are working and where gaps remain.
The catalog connects to your full toolkit
Every ecommerce tool in AuthorityStack works with the Product Catalog. Run any action from directly within a product card, and results are stored against that product automatically.
Product Optimizer
Generate GEO-structured rewrites for any catalog product. Output is saved against the product record.
Product Citations
Run citation scans per product across ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overview, and Google AI Mode.
Competitor Monitor
Compare any catalog product's citation rate against competitors across all major AI platforms.
Citation trends
The catalog automatically plots citation rate over time for each product as scans accumulate.
Common questions
How many products can I add to the catalog?
The catalog supports unlimited products on all plans. All products you add are stored persistently and retained across sessions.
Does the Product Catalog use credits?
The catalog itself uses no credits. Adding products, organizing them, and reviewing citation status are all included with any paid plan at no extra cost. Running citation scans on individual products uses credits (40 credits per scan), but the catalog hub is always available.
Can I bulk import products?
You can add products one at a time via URL or manual entry. Bulk CSV import is on the roadmap. For now, the catalog is most useful as a curated priority list of your top products rather than a full inventory mirror.
How is this different from just running citation scans?
The catalog gives your citation data a home. Instead of running scans and losing the results, every scan is tied to a specific product and builds a running history. You can see how citation rates change over time and compare products side by side.
Does the catalog work with the Product Optimizer?
Yes. Each product card in the catalog links directly to the Product Optimizer. Run an optimizer job on any product and the rewritten content is saved alongside that product's citation history, so you can measure whether the rewrite improved AI mentions.
