Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. Simply go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription." Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with AuthorityStack.ai. If you're not happy with the service, we're here to help. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the following situations:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a processing delay.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the platform during your billing period.
- You were inadvertently charged twice for the same billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@authoritystack.ai with your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request. We'll review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
4. Credit Purchases
Purchased credit packages are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchased credits by mistake and have not used any of them, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
5. Free Tier
The free tier does not involve any charges, so no refunds apply. If you signed up for a paid plan unintentionally, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
