1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuthorityStack.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AuthorityStack.ai provides AI visibility tracking and reporting tools that help brands measure and improve how they are represented across AI systems including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. Our services include brand visibility scanning, citation tracking, competitor analysis, and actionable reporting.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • AuthorityStack.ai is available at $29/month or $290/year, providing 2,000 or 24,000 credits respectively.
  • An active subscription is required to access platform features.
  • Credits are consumed by platform operations and reset each billing cycle. Additional credit packages can be purchased separately.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have billing concerns.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm any person or entity.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform without our written consent.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform beyond normal usage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by AuthorityStack.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the brand data and content you provide. We retain ownership of the analysis, scores, and reports generated by the Platform.

7. Data and AI Queries

The Platform queries third-party AI systems to assess brand visibility. Results reflect the responses from these AI systems at the time of the query and may change over time. We do not control the outputs of third-party AI systems and make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or consistency of their responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthorityStack.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
